1. One time late fee $5.00 will be charged if the invoice has not been paid in 30 days or by the permit expiration date whichever is greater.

1. Alarm User, Installation Company or Monitoring Company must submit the appeal in writing within 10 days after the receipt of notice of action setting forth the reasons for the appeal.


2. Appeal must be entitled “Appeal from Alarm Administrator’s Action”


3. Alarm Administrator will forward all documents provided by the Alarm User, Installation Company or Monitoring Company to the City of Leander’s respective designee to review and render the decision.


4. City of Leander designee will inform Alarm Administrator of any adjustments which need to be made on the account once the appeal decision has been completed.

Alarm User:

Alarm Installing / Monitoring Company:

1. NA

1. 10 or more false alarms in the rotating 12 month period.


2. Failure to pay any fee or fine by the due date.

Excessive False Alarms:

1. Pay all outstanding fee/fines


2. Pay a reinstatement fee equal to the application fee - $30


3. Submit a copy of the work order indicating alarm system has been inspected/repaired

Nonpayment:
