Permit Period: 1 year

An annual renewal fee of $35.00 for residential; $50.00 for commercial for permit holders who have had a false alarm in the said preceding 12-month period. No annual renewal fee will be assessed to permit holders with no false alarms in the said preceding 12-month period.

Burglar Alarm

1. 1st to 3rd is free.
2. 4th to 7th is charged $50 each
3. 8th and more is charged $150 each

1. Collection Process:
   a. Once an invoice is 90 days past the due date it is eligible for collections.
   b. As registrants become eligible for collections, PMAM will send an excel file to the FMPD. They will then review the file, choose who goes to collections and forward the file to the 3rd party collection office. They will notify PMAM of those they opted to send to collections.
2. Information on right to appeal shall be provided with each notice of a false alarm.
3. Appeal fee is $25.00.
